Terri Is a very experienced and highly qualified yoga teacher who has devoted the last 25 years to teaching yoga, and the last 8 years to training yoga teachers to the very highest standards.
Yoga classes.
At the moment Terri is only running one weekly class on Thursdays, 7.30pm to 9.00pm. The class is held in Durham City centre. Parking is available. Unfortunately this class is not suitable for absolute beginners. If you have at least a term's previous yoga experience and would like to give this class a try, contact Terri for full details. Yoga Teacher Training.Terri runs very successful teacher training courses leading to the BWY Diploma in Teaching Yoga. The next course will probably start in 2011 and will be run intensively meeting approximately one weekend per month over a period of just over two years. For full details click here
